As we speak, Britney Spears’ attorney is readying to meet with Kevin Federline’s lawyer in an emergency custody hearing. Reportedly, K-Fed called the session to revoke Brit’s visitation with her kids.

An inside source says that Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, initiated the hearing, claiming that the “Toxic” singer has been slacking off on her drug testing.

Mandy Moore and Matthew Perry were apparently seen on a date last week in New York. Page Six reports:

One source said, “He was already seated and waited for her for 15 minutes until she arrived. He stood up to greet her and gave her a kiss on the cheek. They were holding hands across the table and being really close and laughing a lot the whole time.”
